US Internet Adoption Stabilizes

Pew:
“As of December 2010, 77% of American adults use the internet. Only 14% of adults went online in 1995; the number hit 50% in 2000, and by 2005 seven in ten adults were officially (by our count) “internet users.”
The growth is notable, but what’s more telling is that it’s stagnated the last four years. Could smart phones and tablets bring on the late adopters?
